Refund policy
We hope you love your items however if you need to return or make an exchange, we are here to help!
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@nurturetribe.com.au If your request to return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to return your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Postage fees for returns must be covered by the customer.

Damages and issues
We select and package your order with the utmost care, however in the unlikely event that your items are received damaged, defective or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
We may request photos of the damaged or incorrect order to assist us with resolving any issues.
Nurture tribe is not liable for items that have been lost or damaged during transit, however if you do have any issues receiving your order please contact us and we will endeavour to help. Please also note that due to difference in monitors, some colours may differ slightly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The best way to do an exchange is to return your item, then purchase the item you wish to exchange for after the returned item has been accepted and refunded. We recommend doing this as soon as possible while the item is still in stock.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (minus the cost of shipping). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
