Rewards Program – FAQs
How do I join the Rewards Program?
Create a customer account and you’ll be automatically enrolled.
You can also join via the Rewards loyalty widget at the bottom of your screen.
I’m already a customer — do I need to sign up again?
No. Existing customers are automatically enrolled. All future purchases will earn points.
You can earn bonus points by completing your profile and following us on Instagram.
Can I earn points both online and in-store?Yes. Points are earned on both online and in-store purchases.
Do I need to use the same email address?
Yes. You must use the same email address when shopping online and in-store to ensure points are correctly applied.
Points cannot be transferred between accounts created with different email addresses.
How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point for every $2 spent online and in-store.
Additional points can be earned through activities listed in the Earn tab of your Rewards profile, such as completing your profile and following us on Instagram.
How do I check my points balance?
Log into your account and click the Rewards tab to view your points and available rewards.
You’ll also receive an updated points balance via email after each purchase.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Once you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward coupon.
- Online: Enter your reward code in the Discount field at checkout
- In-store: Let a staff member know at the counter
Only one coupon can be used per order. Reward vouchers must be used within 90 days of issue.
Can rewards be used with other discounts?No. Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount code.
What happens if I return an item or cancel an order?
Any returned or cancelled items will result in the corresponding points being deducted from your Rewards account.
Do points expire?
Yes. Points expire 6 months after being earned.
Are rewards available on sale items?
No. Rewards cannot be redeemed on sale items.
What communications will I receive?
By joining the Rewards Program, you agree to receive transactional and promotional emails and SMS messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can opt out or update preferences at any time.
